Annual Business Meeting and Events Agenda

The following information pertains to the SEHC Annual Meeting and events taking place on 9-11 March 2012.  All times are accurate but subject to change and as we all know as the day progresses the timeline will run long.  If changes occur prior to the event, the Chapter members will be notified by email.  All events are taking place at the Club House on the Percy Priest Training Area.

New SEHC merchandise will be available through out the weekend or until it is sold out.

There will be an auction this year.  Richard Shell has been hard at work procuring donations and his success is remarkable.  So bring your check books and don’t be shy.

This will be a full weekend with a little of everything for everybody.  I’d like to thank everyone in advance from the Judges and Handlers to the Coordinators and spectators.

Waidmannsheil,
 Mike Fortner

DOG FOOD RECALL:
On December 6, 2011, The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) announced a recall of a single lot of Iams ProActive Health Smart Puppy dry dog due to Aflatoxin levels that were above the acceptable limit.  Later that same day, Cargill Animal Nutrition announced that they were also recalling two brands of their dry dog food, River Run and Marksman, because of Aflatoxin levels that were detected above the acceptable limit. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK TO READ THE RECALL: IMPORTANT DOG FOOD RECALL

Please be aware, as noted in the report from the annual meeting, and subsequent meetings within SEHC Board leadership, the SEHC is expecting a request, and plans to accept the offer, to host the 2013 Armbruster. We still have plenty of time to plan, and this should be a great opportunity to showcase out chapter and give our local dogs an excellent opportunity to participate in this prestigious event. We will discuss in more detail at the SEHC Annual Meeting in March 2012.
