The SEHC is one of eight chapters of Group North America and serves

GNA is one of 34 regional groups belonging to VDD.

The Verein Deutsch-Drahthaar (VDD)  was founded in May 1902. With over 10,000 members, it is the largest hunting dog breeders organization. This organization is a member of the JGHV (Hunting Dog User Association) and associated with the Verband fur das deutsche Hundewesen (Association for German Dog Affairs) (VDH) and the FCI.
